I am proposing an update to the leaderboards to change how the rankings are calculated, these changes would promote more activity rather than focus just on levels which isn't a great indication of how good a player is, the changes wouldn't remove levels, but instead would include various other statistics to the calculation, which will give users a better understanding how good a player is, the following statistics will be included in the calculations:

Level
General Stats: Strength, Agility, Guard, Labour, IQ
Activity
Crimes
Boxes
Steps
Busts

And maybe others, the aim of this suggestion is to bring more meaning to your ranking in the leaderboard, the more active you are, the higher you'll climb essentially is what the aim of this would be, this would be a lot more appealing to those that feel that trying to catch up on levels is pointless and would promote more activity and more ways for users to make their mark.
