I know it's suppose to be 24 hours between voting, however, it's 24 hours and 4 minutes before you are allowed to vote again. Is this a server screw-up? Timer clock off? The was it's set now, I will eventually have to wait about 9 hours before I can vote again as I have to work.
Thanks for an explanation.
