Here's my suggestion: When a player is found, he lose X% of his time and the one who found the player get that time added to his own timer. If X is 30% for a player, it could be 15% for NPC -since their are relatively easier to find-
There could also be a cooldown before being able to hide, just few hours 1-3 for players but increased further for NPC
And in order to prevent 'last second hunter' from winning without much effort, the last day, the time gained for a found get halved again, so 15% for a player and 7% for NPC.
The rewards could also be increased, something of "Safe Cracker" level or even better, would motivate players to get more involved into the this activity.
Why this suggestion? Well I think it would make the Hide n Seek game much more dynamic than it is, at the current state it's almost just a "who hide first win" game and I don't think it's fun, need to make people try a bit more. The reward can stay as it is but it would be great if you could look into my first suggestion
